Zambezi National Park
The grass-roofed huts, from a distance, the village does not look like an ordinary place. It is a destination where all the cultures come into seen through food, fabrics, music, masks, paintings, and wood carvings. The entire village consists of huts. The colonial government built these villages in 1930 and 1940. The purpose of building these houses was to house the Lusaka labor force. The hut accommodated a single man whose family lived in the village. In 1970, the Government demolished these huts and built flats for them closer to the location.
